Textbook Return Policy
Student Book Exchange Summer 2012 Textbook Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund the following conditions must be met:
1) Must have cash register receipt (or invoice from web orders)
2) Books must meet deadlines listed below
3) Books must be in purchase condition (i.e. new books unmarked)
4) Packages/shrinkwrapped book(s) must be unopened for refund
5) SBX reserves the right to make decision
on condition of books being returned
